- Please keep in mind that transfers are only available from centrally located hotels or residences in Dubai. Sheikh Zayed Road, Deira, Bur Dubai, and Marina are just a few examples.
- If the pick-up is not from a centrally located area, it will be done on a pre-request with an additional charge.
- Keep in mind that some tourist attractions may be closed on specific off days and weekends. In such cases, we accept no responsibility and make no adjustments to compensation.
- You can change the pick-up/drop-off time on sharing transfers according to your trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Please do not expect any time changes during Ramadan. Guests can eat lunch at Dubai Mall, but you can only eat it in the vehicle. During Ramadan, eating and drinking in public are not allow in Dubai. Dubai city tour packages include the best deals with us.

Cancellation Policy
- There will be no charges for any cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your tour's departure time, you will charged in full.
- If you are eligible for a refund, your money will give to you within 7 business days.
Child Policy
- Children under the age of three will consider infants and will admit free of charge.
- Children aged 3 to 10 years will consider children and charged at the child rate.
- Children over the age of ten will treate as adults and charge adult rates.
