If these Terms and Conditions are changed, we will notify you or display the updated Terms and Conditions on our website. And you will be deemed to accept any changes if you continue to use our official website after the amendments are displayed. If you do not agree to all of them, you will be unable to enjoy our tours and high-quality services.

Please read these terms and conditions before selecting one of our tours.

What we offer?

We provide flights, hotel reservations, vacation packages and visa services to travelers all over the world. We provide services in the UAE through our global and local partners. Furthermore, Tour Dubai desert safari acts as an intermediary or "Booking Agent" for products and services that we do not directly supply (e.g., Air Tickets and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a partner vendor for such goods and services.
Supplemental price increases may impose after the date of purchase on all airline tickets, hotel rates and visa prices. Price increases after purchase may be necessary due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or the government. We may charge you additional amounts in very rare cases to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets, or any combination thereof.

Deposits & Payment

Booking Credit cards, bank transfers, Western Unions and money exchanges are used to collect payments. We reserve the right to refuse personal checks or credit cards from certain countries. Security deposits are requiring for some nationalities in order to ensure guaranteed exit from the UAE or a country for which we provide visa services.

Method of payment

Confirmation of Payment

Once the payment is received, our travel consultants will email you a confirmation slip within 24 hours. Its print can be presented as proof of payment to the service provider in order to redeem your tour package. However, make sure you provided the correct information about your travel needs at the time of booking.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Cancellation

Every tour activity/attraction/hotel has its own cancellation policies; before booking any activity with Tour Dubai desert safari, clients must read the cancellation policy of that particular tour. Combo tours can be canceled; however, if anyone cancels any of the single tours in the combo, they will not be able to avail of the combo offer; in this case, we will consider the individual tour price of the non-canceled tour and refund the remaining amount. Please ensure that all combo tour options are available when booking a combo.

No Show Policy

If you do not show up for the tour, you will not refund in full or in part. The same rule applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, and chauffeur-driven services. Rescheduling is also not allowed for confirmed tours, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.

Cancellation Procedures

Some services, such as Visa services or insurance services, are non-refundable once the service is provided. If your visa application is rejected by the government or your trip to the UAE is canceled. We will be unable to change the visa process if the visa has already been submitted to the government authority. If you cancel your other travel arrangements with us, such as flights or hotel accommodations, you may be entitled to a partial refund less any cancellation or admin fees. In addition to the hotel's or airline's cancellation policies, our standard fees will apply, as detailed on your receipt or booking confirmation.

We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package before making a cancellation. If you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, make sure to notify Tour Dubai desert safari in writing. When we receive your cancellation request, we will notify you via e-mail, fax, or phone of the confirmation of booking cancellation. Tour Dubai desert safari is also not responsible for any cancellations that are not received from you or confirmed by us.

Documentation

When possible, we prefer to send documents to our customers electronically. If you request that such documents be sent in hard copy, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee.

Itinerary Amendments

Routes and services included in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, airway schedules, and a variety of other factors. If this occurs, we can provide suitable alternatives of comparable value, subject to availability. We only announce itinerary changes, if any, before departure. Please keep in mind that tour Dubai desert safari reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary at any time without compensation. Furthermore, no reimbursement is possible in the event of a major disaster, such as a flood or an earthquake.

Complaint

If you have a problem while on vacation or traveling, please contact us right away, either through the office where you made your arrangements or through our website. If you do not contact us in a timely manner, we will be unable to investigate your complaint. And attempt to correct any errors while you are away, which may affect your rights under this Agreement.

Travel Documents and Destinations

It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the information on your travel documents is correct and to report any errors or discrepancies to us immediately. Your travel documents are valuable and should be kept as safe as cash. It is not always possible to replace lost, stolen, or damaged travel documents.

We recommend that you review any government prohibitions, warnings, and advisories applicable to your destinations before booking international travel. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not represent that such travel is safe or risk-free. You also agree that in connection with your activities. You will not allow anyone who resides or is visiting a country.

Insurance

Travel insurance is an important element of your preparations. We strongly advise you to obtain adequate insurance for the duration of your trip. Some travel arrangements require the purchase of travel insurance. We may be able to arrange for travel insurance to be provided to you, provide you with a quote, and answer any questions you have about the insurance.
